Product Applications

This cable is a continuous-flex PVC control cable suitable for drag chain systems with a small bend radius. It is designed specifically for applications requiring high bending and continuous motion, such as drag chain systems, robotics, and mobile drive systems. Compared to ordinary cables, this type of cable features: high flexibility, resistance to oil, shallow water, moisture, UV rays, excellent weather resistance, low temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, and the ability to withstand heavy mechanical forces. It also offers faster acceleration and greater flex resistance than ordinary flexible cables.

Conductor: Multiple fine-stranded copper wires, conforming to IEC 60228, Category 6 conductors

Insulation: High-strength PVC

Core Color:

JZ: Black core, sequentially numbered in white, with a yellow-green ground conductor (on the outer layer)

JB: Colored core with a yellow-green ground conductor

OZ: Black core, numbered sequentially in white ink or laser-printed, without a yellow-green ground conductor

OB: Colored core without a yellow-green ground conductor

Filling (optional): Cotton yarn

Inner Jacket (optional): High-strength PVC

Core: Stranded with a small cable pitch

<12 cores: Cabled in the outer layer

12 or more cores: Cabled in groups

Sheath Material: High-strength PVC
